Our Policies
Refund Policy(Package Lesson Students only)
A Student who cancels at any time after the first lesson will be charged $90.00 for the 1-½ hours lesson, they have participated in automatic and $80.00 for 1-hour manual lesson, while the remaining balance will be refunded.
Late Cancellations
To avoid a $25.00 late fee, twenty-four hours cancellation notice is required.
If the Student does not show up for the training, he or she will be required to pay the full amount of the session.
Road Test Booking Service
You understand that if you fail to attend a road test appointment booked on your behalf without providing either at least 48 hours notice of cancellation to ICBC, or a reason that is not satisfactory to ICBC,
you will be charged a $25.00 fee by ICBC for each missed test at your next road test appointment.
This $25.00 fee is in addition to the usual road test fees.
