What’s in Store For You?
As a student, you will embark on a learning journey, completing 20 hours of interactive online classes through Drivewise BC’s virtual platform. This innovative approach covers all elements of safe driving knowledge, from road signs to assessing risks and more. The online format empowers students to learn at their own pace, on their schedule, in the comfort of their desired learning environment.
Upon completing the classroom component, you will book at least 12 hours of in-car training with one of Atlas Driving School’s experienced licensed instructors. This comprehensive training starts with basic maneuvering in the safety of our classroom before progressing to more advanced techniques. You will also gain experience in various driving environments, such as downtown and highway driving, and practice parking, turns, and vehicle handling to prepare for the road test, including a simulated road test at the end of your training.
You will take a practice road test with the instructor to wrap up the program. Modeled after the ICBC exam, this helps alleviate test-day nerves and ensures students are fully ready for the test.
