Atlas Driving School Terms and Conditions

➢ Individual lessons expire one year from the purchase date.
➢ Users may request a refund within one year if the lesson is not scheduled.
➢ A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel a scheduled lesson for a full refund. No refund will be issued if cancellation is requested within 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson

➢ All packages must be completed and scheduled within 12 months from the date of package purchase. After this period, the package will expire, and the pending and unscheduled appointments will be canceled with no refund issued. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.
➢ Students may request a refund of the package only after the first class. In cases where the student requests a refund of the package, the student will be charged for each individual lesson taken from the package, and the remaining value of the package will be refunded.
➢ A processing fee of $42.00 applies for package refunds in addition to the charge for each individual lesson completed from the package.

➢ A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment for a full refund. No refund will be issued if cancellation requests are submitted within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
➢ Any cancellation notice received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date and time is subject to a $40.00 rescheduling fee.
➢ Any cancellation notice received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date and time is subject to full payment of the appointment as the rescheduling fee.
➢ Students who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be responsible for the full amount of the appointment as the rescheduling fee.
➢ Should the student fail to possess their original, valid driver's license at the time of their scheduled appointment, the appointment will be canceled and subject to full payment of the appointment as the rescheduling fee.

➢ Once the refund has been requested, the refund may take up to 5 business days to process.
➢ Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon between the user and Atlas Driving School.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the use and publication of images of students at Atlas Driving School are conducted in a respectful, lawful, and ethical manner, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. This policy aims to protect the privacy of our students while allowing the use of images for educational, promotional, and informational purposes.

This policy applies to all students, staff, contractors, and any other individuals involved in capturing, using, and distributing images of students at Atlas Driving School.

➢ Image: Any photograph, video, or digital representation of a student.
➢ Consent: By accepting our terms and conditions, students and their legal guardians, if applicable, consent to the use of the student's image for the purposes outlined. Consent Requirement

➢ Images of students may be used for the following purposes:

• Educational materials and resources
• Promotional materials (e.g., brochures, advertisements, social media)
• Informational content (e.g., website, newsletters)

➢ Images must not be used in any manner that may be considered inappropriate, misleading, or harmful to the student's reputation.

➢ All images must be stored securely and access should be restricted to authorized personnel only. Revocation of Consent
➢ Students or their legal guardians have the right to revoke their consent at any time by submitting a written request.
➢ Upon receipt of a revocation request, Atlas Driving School will cease the use of the student's image and will remove the image from all materials and platforms where it was published.

➢ All images must be treated as confidential and should not be shared with third parties without explicit consent from the student or their legal guardian.

➢ Atlas Driving School will comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations concerning the use of images.
➢ Regular reviews of this policy will be conducted to ensure ongoing compliance and to address any emerging privacy concerns.
